What inspires me every day? 😌
Honestly? Not sex. And not even psychology. Although, I admit, working with people and the stories that they trust me are powerful 💬
But it's not themes that inspire me first and foremost, but states.
I'm inspired by movement 🛣️ Not in the gym, not on the treadmill, but in life. I can't stand still - it's important for me to feel like I'm going somewhere. Even if it's sometimes in small steps, even with mistakes - but forward. Even if it's just making breakfast in the morning not from scrambled eggs, but from what you really want 🍳➡️🥑 That's also a step.
I'm inspired by men who aren't afraid to be alive. Not "strong", not "successful", but real. When I see someone next to me breaking stereotypes, saying “I’m tired” or “I don’t know,” but still continuing to live and try — I really get a thrill 🤝 Because I see myself in it.
⠀
I’m inspired by conversations without pretense. Where no one owes anything to anyone, where you can be without reservation. I have a couple of such friends — with them I can be not a “sexologist,” not an “expert,” but just a person who also has questions 😅 Sometimes these conversations are more important than any book 📖
And also — I’m inspired by silence. Yes, that very moment when you turn off everything, sit down and just listen to yourself 🤫 It can be 10 minutes on the balcony or in the car in the parking lot 🚗 At such moments, something comes that you won’t hear in the hustle and bustle.
And of course, you ❤️ People who read, ask, argue, laugh and sometimes write: “Hey, your post helped me look at myself differently.”
⠀
That’s why I wake up ☀️
