

How not to go crazy counting calories? Sharing a personal one:
📌 I don't weigh each leaf of salad. Just the staples: cereals, meats, oils, sweets.
📌 I don't count vegetables because they are low calorie - no big deal.
📌 If I cook by myself, I enter the whole recipe and divide it into portions.
📌 Restaurants? I enter a sample dish - not 100% accurate
💡 The most important thing is to count on average, not every gram
