Just a few snippets from my heavy volume leg day session! . 𦡠breakdown of the sets is as follows 𦡠. *Superset 1* Peterson step up 3 x 25-30 reps Lying down leg curl 3 x 20-25 reps . *Superset 2* Bulgarian split squats (Glute focussed) 4 x 15-20 Hip thrust 4 x 10-15 .
