Today I had my almost monthly laser appointment and I kinda had an anxiety attack because of the pain, I'm really sensitive and the sessions are long >< I didn't have such anxiety moments for more than 1 year so yeah it was a pretty intense day. I'll be back tomorrow with more strength, sending you all my support and goodnight virtual hug <3
