READ THIS: Hey you lot, one of you has brought this to my attention. Whilst going into the winter, it can be an incredibly difficult time for everyone. >Less daylight >Cold dark nights >Seasonal Affective Disorder >Personal circumstances >Work stress >Relationship stress The list goes on and on for triggers, that may trigger our Anxiety, Depression, stress and other mental health conditions. My point is, look after your mental health and well-being! You know yourselves when you’re not okay. What’s important is to reach out to those around you, work colleagues, friends, family, your doctor. What’s the worst thing that will happen from you saying you’re not okay? People will help, and listen to YOU! You are NOT alone even though you may feel like it. Our mental health, physical health, stress etc is never perfect all of the time, but what’s important is to recognise, shit this is negatively effecting me! You need to take action, and reach out folks. Even IF you don’t want too. So as always link in with your GP, online services, Free services and stay well. Because, we all matter in the life, we all do. We only are here once. So if you have someone, a mate, family member, whoever you care about and you haven’t heard from them in a while - Check in with them, send them a message “hey mate, haven’t heard from you in ages, you alright?” Tell me folks, what’s the worst that will happen from you writing that message and sending it to your people?????
